I would highly recommend Joe. I was going through a family illness at the time. My furnace went! He was knowledgeable and professional. And explained everything every step of the way. I would of not thought about warranties but he did. It is nice to see someone go that extra mile.

Joe's service was excellent. He was professional, prompt and fully explained the problem. He even went a step further by contacting the company that sold the furnace and advised them of the manufacturing defect. He really knows his stuff. He was honest and not out here trying to sell you a pie in the sky, he will do his best to fix the problem before offering a replacement. I wish I would have met him before I entered into a contract with someone else but Joe fixed the problem that they would have never found. I had a pipe break on a Friday afternoon. A Plus fit me in promptly so that I wouldn’t have further water damage and would be able to turn my water back on. They were professional. I will prefer all my friends to A+
