We had problems with our pool heater. It is an air pump heater. Joe put me at ease and totally knew what he was talking about !! He came and assessed … turned out we needed a part for a switch. The whole process took less than an hour and our pool warmed right up!😊We are very happy and impressed with Joe’s knowledge. He fixed our heater and didn’t break the bank.

This review of A Plus is way overdue. Joe has done work for me on two occasions and with each encounter he has been honest, knowledgeable and fair. In both instances, he was careful and detailed in his assessment of the problem and most importantly - he did not try to sell me updated equipment or try to convince me that my equipment could not be fixed. If you have encountered hvac repair or installers at all, you know that the first thing they mention is updating or replacing furnaces or ac units without exploring all options. Then, many, in my experience, will give you unreasonable repair estimates so that replacement sounds like the best option. Joe took his time and explained each step. He was meticulous in his work - he left the work site exactly how he found it and treated our home like it was his own. Many of the larger operations will charge you an estimate fee if you do not contract them to do the work. A Plus never tries any strongarm tactics or shady business practices. Finally, Joe is a pleasure to talk to and he always returns my phone calls in a timely manner. Independent, intelligent contractors with integrity and skill are almost a thing of the past.
