“Joe's service was excellent. He was professional, prompt and fully explained the problem. He even went a step further by contacting the company that sold the furnace and advised them of the manufacturing defect. He really knows his stuff. He was honest and not out here trying to sell you a pie in the sky, he will do his best to fix the problem before offering a replacement. I wish I would have met him before I entered into a contract with someone else but Joe fixed the problem that they would have never found.
